***4/14/2019 REVISION*** PayPal transactions which are cancelled or refunded will incur a 3% fee to be taken out of the return/refund amount. PayPal no longer refunds us (or any seller) for the 2.9% + $.30 transaction fee. Example: For a $500 purchase, we are charged 30 cents plus $14.50, totaling $14.80 in fees. When refunded, PayPal keeps this $14.80, your refund amount will be -3% which is $485 on a $500 transaction. By using PayPal as a payment method, you accept this 3% fee.
Unless otherwise specified on a per product basis, the Havoc Speed LLC return window is 30 callender days from the purchase date on the provided invoice or receipt. There are no restocking fees. Special orders, electronics, electrical items, cut hose, and premade lines are not returnable.
All items must be returned in new, sealed condition. Used, opened or defaced items can not be returned, and no refund will be issued. If we refuse your return, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs back to you. Unless prior arrangements have been made, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred to return an item. We suggest professional packaging and shipping via a reputable carrier like FedEx Express or UPS, we also recommend purchasing additional insurance. We do not recommend FedEx Ground or USPS. All orders being return shipped must arrive within the time window, and be in new condition. Havoc Speed LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged items in transit.
If a packing or shipping error occurred at the fault of Havoc Speed LLC, we will make all reasonable efforts and attempts to rectify the error to the customers satisfaction.
Manufacturer defects will be handled on a case by case basis. Havoc Speed LLC has no control over a manufacturers warranty or their policies. Please research the warranty policy of the manufacturer before completing your purchase. Havoc Speed LLC will not be responsible for any shipping, labor, property damage or other additional costs incurred by a defective item or installation error.
Due to fraud in the past, all refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used. C/C refunds will only be issued to the original card used for purchase. Due to the way C/C companies and their systems handle transactions, please allow up to 10 business days for a refund to appear on your statement before contacting us. We have zero control over this, it is the way their systems work. We know, it stinks that money can be taken immediately but takes days to be returned to you, the funds are removed from our account the moment we approve the refund, it still takes days for Visa, MasterCard, Discover or Amex to process the refund and apply it to your account.
