A Receipt is required for all returns

Returns Period
90 Days from date on receipt

Returned items must be in brand new, resellable condition. This includes packaging. We can not accept items with open packaging, dirty fingerprints, etc.

Restocking Fee 20%
Restocking fees cover transaction and credit card fees, lost profit and time on initial sale, and inspection/restocking of items. Restocking fees also apply to exchanges.

NO Returns on the following:
*Special Orders
*All electrical (Including electronics, sensors and connectors)
*Cut Hose
*Crimped Hoses
*Open Packaging, or items missing tags, including fittings (no exceptions, please do not ask)

If you require help, we will do our best, within reason, to offer product or sizing guidance. Any guidance given is to be treated as a suggestion. In the end YOU are responsible for ensuring you have the correct items, including size and type of fittings. Please confirm you have the correct items before completing your transaction.

Faulty items or warranty issues will need to be handled through the manufacturer, and according to their policies.
We can and will help with replacement process, we will not issue refunds over warranty issues.
