Top Feed Injectors

Includes electrical load test, leak testing, cleaning service, before/after flow testing and a flow report. Internal filters, seals and pintle caps are replaced in most cases, if available.

Per Injector

GDI Gasoline Direct Injectors

Includes electrical load test, leak testing, cleaning service, before/after flow testing and a flow report. Internal filters, lower teflon seal, and o-rings are replaced in most cases, if available. We do not replace the plastic clips with the prongs on the bottom of the Audi and VW style injectors.

Per Injector

Optimax Air Injectors

Includes electrical load test, leak testing, before/after flow testing, service, rust/carbon removal, cleaning, replacement upper and lower o-ring, a new cylinder head teflon seal and a service report. We use genuine Mercury service parts in these for all three components. Our cost is roughly $15 per injector from Mercury. This is the reason for the additional cost of service.

Per Injector

Yamaha HPDI Fuel Injectors

Includes before/after flow testing, service, cleaning, replacement filters, replacement upper o-ring, replacement lower felt seals and a service report. We use genuine Yamaha lower seals, our cost is roughly $20 per injector from Yamaha. This is the reason for the additional cost of service. We do NOT replace the upper plastic o-ring retainer. Yours will be removed, cleaned and reinstalled. If yours are damaged or missing, Yamaha charges $20 per retaining clip which would be additional if you choose to have us replace them.
